本研究調查臺灣中部地區人工及天然牛樟林土壤根域菌根菌及土壤性質,以瞭解牛樟生育地叢枝菌根菌群落與環境因子之關聯,提供牛樟造林作業之參考。於2013至2014年間,採集14個樣區共計42個根域土壤樣本,結果顯示土壤菌根孢子數受到土壤化學性質影響,與土壤有效磷呈顯著負相關,與土壤全氮及CEC呈正相關,而牛樟菌根菌群落之分佈主要與海拔高、土壤有效磷、置換性鉀離子等環境條件相關。
To provide references for afforestation, this study investigated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and soil properties of the rhizosphere soil in habitats of C. kanehirae, from plantation forests and natural forests in central Taiwan, and explored the relationships among AMF and environmental factors of the habitats. A total of 42 samples collected from 14 sampling locations with 3 soil-samples in each location for the tree rhizome nearby during 2013 to 2014. Results showed that spores amount of AMF was negatively related to the available phosphorus content and was positively related to the total nitrogen content and cation exchange capacity of the soil. Based on the matrix cluster analysis, principle component analysis and redundancy analysis, one dominant type and 5 non-dominant types were isolated, indicating that the differentiation of mycorrhizal community was affected mainly by environmental factors, including altitude, soil available phosphorous and exchangeable potassium.
