新進放射師進入急診照護領域,因不熟悉介入性檢查的工作範疇及專業知識,當有緊急特殊檢查時,常不知如何溝通處理,本文運用以學員為中心的翻轉教學提升學員自學動機,培養出具備團隊合作能力的醫療人員。
Novice radiological technologists to become member of the emergency department, not familiar with interventional examination professional knowledge yet, when there have interventional examination; they don’t know how to communicate with others. We use flipped teaching to enhance student’s self-study of motivation, and become have teamwork ability professional radiological technologists.
