中文摘要

現今學校推動課程評鑑的主要困境,為學校行政缺乏品質文化。課程評鑑係由設計、實施到效果層面不斷相依相應的循環系統,與一般學校行政只重視「做完」而非「做好」的線性思考大相逕庭。本文指出,學校「品質文化」的形塑,可參採品管大師W. E. Deming博士的品質哲學。文中首先論述Deming「淵博知識體系」(Profound Knowledge System)於學校本位課程評鑑的轉化,再以「九年一貫課程」時期的新北市柑園國中及「12年國教課程」階段的桃子腳國中小為例,說明運用「Deming品質哲學」形塑學校品質文化、營造有利校本課程評鑑實施環境的歷程。

英文摘要

The main dilemma for schools to promote curriculum evaluation nowadays is the lack of quality culture in school administration. The curriculum evaluation is a cycling process from curriculum design, implementation to effect check, which is very different from the linear thinking of general school administration that only focuses on “finishing” rather than “doing well”. The authors propose that the shaping of the school’s “quality culture” can refer to the quality philosophy of quality management master Dr. Deming. The article first uses Deming’s “Profound Knowledge System” to discusses the school-based curriculum evaluation, then takes the cases of Ganyuan Junior High School in the period of the “Nine- Year Consistent Curriculum” and Tur Ya Kar Junior High School in the period of “12-year National Education Curriculum” as examples, to illustrate the implementation of school-based curriculum evaluation based on “Deming Quality Philosophy”.
