本研究研發具實功率及虛功率調控能力之三相併網型光伏發電系統。透過文中取得注入三相市電系統的有效電流與無效電流分量的方式,以及經由三相變流器調控注入市電系統的有效電流與無效電流,藉此進行注入市電的實功率與虛功率的調控工作。所欲注入三相市電系統之有效電流與三相變流器輸出的有效電流於調幅控制系統中比較,由此決定三相變流器輸出電流參考值的振幅並用以調控注入市電系統的實功率;而所欲注入市電系統之無效電流與三相變流器輸出的無效電流則於調相控制系統中比較,藉此決定三相變流器輸出電流參考值的相位並用以調控注入市電系統的虛功率。經由一實驗性的小型三相併網型光伏發電系統來進行驗證,實測結果顯示所建置之三相併網型光伏發電系統具實功率及虛功率的可控制性。所研發的可實功率及虛功率控制之三相併網型光伏發電系統,其控制方法簡單,易實現。

英文摘要

This research develops a three-phase grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) generation system with the capability to control the real and reactive powers injected into utility power systems. In this study, a method to obtain the effective and ineffective current components injected into the utility power system is suggested. The desired effective current injected into the utility power system and the effective current output from the three-phase inverter are compared in the amplitude modulation control system to determine the reference amplitude of the inverter output current. The desired ineffective current injected into the utility power system and the ineffective current output from the three-phase inverter are also compared in the phase modulation control system to generate the reference phase of the inverter output current. The three-phase inverter is used to adjust the effective current and ineffective current components, so as to perform the control of the real and reactive powers injected into the utility power system. An experimental small-scale three-phase grid-connected PV generation system is established for verification. Through the actual measurement, the results show that the built three-phase grid-connected PV power generation system has the controllability of real power and reactive power. The real power and reactive power control on the developed three-phase grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system is easy to implement.
