本研究旨在探討草苺植株於低溫逆境下之生理反應,以葉面噴施氯化鉀、氯化鈣、胺基酸及水等處理作為因應低溫逆境栽培管理之調適技術研究。結果顯示,草苺植株在4℃低溫逆境24-48小時影響程度較大,植體電解質滲漏率以低溫逆境24小時出現最高值;植體丙二醛含量及可溶性蛋白質含量於4℃低溫逆境48小時出現最高值。並比較不同液體肥料處理間,可溶性蛋白質含量降低比率介於1.0%-4.2%之間,降幅比率以水處理最低;植體丙二醛含量以水處理之33.5nmol·g-1最低,處理間有顯著性差異。葉片植體電解質滲漏率以水處理之14.9%最低。綜合結果顯示,以噴施水處理對於提高可溶性蛋白質含量、減少丙二醛含量及減緩電解質滲漏的效果,對草苺植株的抗寒反應較為有利,可作為草苺低溫逆境生理指標參考依據。

英文摘要

This study aims to investigate the physiological responses of strawberry plants under low temperature stress and the foliar application of potassium, calcium, amino acids and water as the adjusted management practices. The results showed that the effect of low temperature stress at 4°C for 24~48 h on strawberry plants was the most deleterious, with leaf electrolyte leakage rate reaching the peak at 24 h. The highest contents of both malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble proteins in the plants were reached under low temperature stress 4℃ for 48 h. Application of different foliar liquid fertilizers resulted in reduced level of soluble proteins by 1.0%~4.2%, and the water treatment reducing the least. The water treatment also led to the lowest MDA content 33.5 nmol.g^(-1). There were significant differences among the treatments. The lowest electrolyte leakage rate 14.9%, was exhibited in the water treatment. According to the results, foliar water application could increase the content of soluble proteins, reduce the MDA content, and lower down the electrolytes leakage. The water treatment was beneficial to the strawberry plants on low temperature tolerance. These physiological parameters could be used as the indicators of strawberry plants under low temperature stress.
