本研究探討永記公司塗料分別在大氣區、潮差區、全浸區的腐蝕情形,建立塗裝防蝕系統,觀察防蝕系統塗裝基樁的腐蝕情形,海水吊掛試片結果調查水域環境以及附著生物造成的腐蝕影響,並利用BEASY模擬軟體模擬基樁陰極防蝕系統,建立系統化的防蝕塗料資料庫。研究結果顯示,大氣區試片塗料無明顯腐蝕現象出現,潮差區試片有大量藻類的附著且無法輕易擦拭,在漆面連接處有鏽蝕的現象,全浸區的試片塗層有起泡的情形,塗裝基樁的犧牲陽極消耗極少,表面塗層無劣化破損情形,模擬結果與現場量測結果相同,模擬結果正確且具可靠性。
This study investigated the corrosion of coatings in the atmospheric zone, tidal zone, and total immersion zone, and established a coating anti-corrosion system to observe the corrosion of the substrate coated with the anti-corrosion system. The results of the study showed that there was no significant corrosion in the atmospheric area, a large amount of algae in the damp area and could not be easily wiped off, rusting in the paint joints, bubbling in the submerged area, minimal consumption of anodes in the painted pile, and no deterioration of the surface coating. The simulation results were the same as the field measurement results, and the simulation results were correct and reliable.
