台灣有90萬名家庭照顧者,承擔照顧失能者的第一線工作,而大部分的家庭照顧者都沒有照顧服務員或護理背景,再加上少子化及照顧者須負擔照顧費用,申請家庭看護工為首要需求。本產學合作計畫達成目標有四:分別為(一)運用學校及醫院建置醫療及居家長照模擬示範場地;(二)製作九種基本照護多媒體衛教影片教材;(三)辦理六場團體培訓課程;(四)協助家庭照護者參與團體培訓課程時,提供替代人力進家協助照護。其成果如下:經衛福部、財團法人明倫社會福利慈善事業基金會及財團法人徐元智先生紀念基金會經費補助,(一)共建置兩間醫療及居家長照模擬示範場地;(二)製作基本照護技巧影片教材,並提供中、英、印、越文四國語言,以利本國及外籍照護者閱讀與理解;教材除放置於護理系、亞東紀念醫院網頁,另上傳影片至Youtube平台,總點閱次數2,742次;(三)辦理六場團體培訓課程,共參與72人次;機構標竿參訪198人次及社會民間團體參訪129人次;(四)由於疫情的影響,所有參與者對於此課程設計及教學滿意度高達4.7分(滿分5分)。故建置家庭照顧者多媒體衛教影片教材,佐以專業師資及長照模擬示範場地,以作為有效家庭照護教育訓練用途,強化家庭照顧者專業知能與照護技巧,培育家庭重要的得力助手,讓個案與家庭能獲得最佳的照護品質與居家安適生活。

英文摘要

There are 900,000 family caregivers in Taiwan, who undertake the front-line work of caring for the disabled. Most of the family caregivers do not have a care or nursing background. Due to the low birth rate and the caregivers were to bear the cost of care, applying for family caregivers are the important need. The purpose of this project was to achieve four goals: (1) use schools and hospitals to build simulation demonstration sites for medical care and home long-term care; (2) produce nine basic care multimedia health education video teaching materials; (3) apply for 2 group training courses; (4) when assisting family caregivers to participate in group training courses, provide substitute manpower to enter the home to assist in the care. The results are as follows: (1) a total of two medical and home long-term care simulation demonstration sites were built; (2) nine support basic nursing skills video teaching materials, and provide Chinese, English, Indian, Vietnamese four languages, to facilitate the reading and understanding of domestic and foreign caregivers; the teaching materials are not only placed on the website of the Department of Nursing and Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, but also uploaded to Youtube The platform has a total of 2,341 views; (3) six group training courses have been held, with a total of 72 participants; 198 institutional benchmarking visits and 129 visits; (4) all participants satisfaction with this course design and teaching is as high as 4.7 points (out of 5 points). Therefore, a multimedia health education video teaching material for family caregivers was built, accompanied by professional teachers and long-term care simulation demonstration sites, for effective family care education and training purposes, to strengthen the professional knowledge and care skills of family caregivers, and to cultivate important helpers for families. Clients and families receive the best quality of care and comfort at home.
