作業用三腳架系統其主要的設計概念係利用一可攜式折疊三腳架架設在局限空間之出入口,提供固定點安裝繩索及滑輪等器材,以便於垂直輸送人員或物品進出局限空間狹窄之出入口,萬一發生事故時亦可迅速並安全地執行救援行動。本研究主要目的係針對腳架張角定位機構及頭部幾何外型提出一整體性之改良設計,並針對三腳架本體之應力做分析,及設計腳架長度輔助定位裝置。除此之外本研究亦開發全新智慧型雙動力捲揚系統,結合按鈕操作與無線遙控功能,增加了事故現場應變能力。同時更發明張力負載感測,只要拉動鋼索便能更改捲揚機轉動方向,鋼索在無負載情形下也能自動斷電,避免馬達產生空轉。本研究內容共獲得三項新型專利,研究成果對國內安全輔具產業貢獻頗大。
The tripod anchorage connector is a very popular device used in confined space rescue systems. Due to high market demand, this device is a very desirable commercial product. Therefore, there is strong motivation to develop tripod anchorage connectors for confined space rescue systems. This study focused on the design, fabrication, and function testing of tripod anchorage connectors for confined space rescue systems. Mechanism analyses for the limbs and the head of the system structure were carried out. Stress analysis for the whole structure was also carried out. The resulting new design shows much improvement over existing commercial products. In addition, the study proposes a totally new intelligent "dual power type hoisting machine". The integration of push-button operation and remote control gives the product more flexibility and operability. A tension-loading control was also installed in the system to keep the motor from running of idle and guarantee the reliability of the system. As a result, the prototype developed during this study demonstrates feasibility, robustness and potential in the auxiliary safety tools market.
