中文摘要

本研究的主要目的,係研究一種新型的作業用安全梯,藉由機械動作的原理及機構的改良,增加梯子安全性,並期盼能藉此研究,讓技術生根落實安全輔具技術本土化,以達到降低成本、增加安全性能、並符合多用途與便利性之目標。因此,本研究共提出「附有工作平台之多功能伸縮梯」及「基座氣壓式緩衝及安全系統」兩種新型梯子概念,設計一主要概念係針對目前廣泛使用之伸縮梯加以改良,希望達成在使用時不需附加零件便可達成工作平台之架設。設計二觀念係於梯子基座增加一主動式氣壓緩衝器,於梯子使用時增加穩定與防震效果。上述兩項新型設計雛型,經由分析與實驗證實本研究成果具有申請專利及商品化之潛力。

英文摘要

Ladders are commonly used in the workplace for operation, maintenance, and stacking. However, safety precautions are usually neglected by the workers because of their ease of use. According to statistical data, many injuries are caused by the unsafe use of ladders. Therefore, it is important to investigate the safety factors of this simple device. The objectives of this research are focused on the design, fabrication, and functional testing of two new types of ladders. The goal is to develop low-cost, safe, and simple-to-use ladders. In this project, two prototypes were produced: "a supportive platform ladder" and "an active pneumatic damping system ladder." The main concept of the former is to set up a platform in the ladder without adding any extra apparatus. The latter relies on an active pneumatic damping system to stabilize the ladder structure from external and internal disturbances. Analysis and experimental results demonstrate the potential of the prototypes produced in this study
