自民國90 年3 月至6 月間,由直轄市政府及各縣市政府衛生局抽送「加味水」檢體計60 件,經本局針對防腐劑、人工甘味劑、維生素C、pH 值、糖度進行檢驗,其檢驗結果如下。防腐劑:僅1 件檢出苯甲酸(benzoic acid),其餘防腐劑,包括:己二烯酸(sorbic acid),去水醋酸(dehydroaceticacid),對羥苯甲酸及其酯類(parabens)等均未檢出。人工甘味劑:未檢出甜精(dulcin)、環己基代磺醯胺酸(cyclamate)及糖精(saccharin)等三種不可使用於加味水之人工甘味劑。30 件檢出醋磺內酯鉀( acesulfamepotassium),1 件同時檢出阿斯巴甜(aspartame)及醋磺內酯鉀。維生素C:44 件未檢出維生素C,16 件檢出維生素C,其含量介於0.05 mg/mL~0.28 mg/mL。PH 值:介於2.7~5.4 之間,其中58 件的pH 均在4.0以下。糖度:介於0.3°~11.5°Brix 之間,糖度在7°Brix 以上者有22 件,均未檢出人工甘味劑,糖度在5°Brix 以下者有29 件,其中有26 件(約佔89.7%)檢出醋磺內酯鉀(包括1 件同時檢出阿斯巴甜),糖度在5°Brix 與7°Brix 之間者有9 件,其中有5 件檢出醋磺內酯鉀;就糖度與pH 之比值而言,其比值介於0.09~3.83 之間,比值在2.27 以上者有19件,均未檢出人工甘味劑,比值在1.90 以上者有27 件,其中有25 件(約佔92.6%)未檢出人工甘味劑,有2 件(約佔7.4%)檢出醋磺內酯鉀,比值在1.90 以下者有33 件,其中有29 件(約佔87.9%)檢出醋磺內酯鉀(包括1 件同時檢出阿斯巴甜)。由糖度或糖度與pH 值之比值可初步判定加味水是否添加人工甘味劑。本調查係本局之比較檢驗,曾於九十年十一月二十八日發布新聞在案。

英文摘要

A total of sixty samples of flavored drinking water were collected in Taiwan from March to June in 2001. Preservatives, artificial sweeteners, vitamin C, pH value and degree of Brix were analyzed. For preservatives, only benzoic acid was detected in one sample; others such as sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid and parabens were not detected. For artificial sweeteners, no dulcin, cyclamate and saccharin that were not allowed in flavored drinking water were detected in all samples. 30 samples were found with acesulfame potassium. Aspartame and acesulfame potassium were found in one sample. 16 samples contained vitamin C with range between 0.05 and 0.28 mg/mL. The pH value of all samples was between 2.7 and 5.4. The degree of Brix of all samples was between 0.3°and 11.5°Brix.
