中文摘要

本調查於台北地區價購決明子、小茴香、秦艽、紫蘇葉、生地黃、紅花、車前子、柏子仁、吳茱萸、廣防己、枳實、蒿本、乾薑、豬苓、肉蓯蓉、胖大海、益智仁、夜交藤、龍膽草、焙附子,每種藥材各20 件,計400 件之檢體,就乾燥減重、總灰分、酸不溶性灰分、稀醇抽提物及水抽提物等項目進行試驗。除了以上試驗所得之數據,另亦透過台灣區製藥公會,搜集各會員廠依本調查之各項分析方法檢驗並提供上述二十種藥材之相關實驗數據,再加上彙集文獻中相關之檢驗資料一併歸納整理。綜合以上結果,二十種藥材中,針對每種藥材各檢體其乾燥減重、總灰分、酸不溶性灰分等三項之試驗值均低於其M.+S.D.值者,且其稀醇抽提物、水抽提物等試驗值均高於其M.-S.D.值者,即此類藥材二十件檢體之各項試驗值分佈範圍堪屬統計學之合理範圍(≧84.13%)者,包括紫蘇葉、紅花、枳實、蒿本、豬苓、肉蓯蓉及龍膽草等七種中藥材。其餘包括決明子等十三種中藥材,每種藥材二十件檢體五項檢驗中均有一至四項之試驗結果,其試驗值超出M.+S.D.或低於M.-S.D.值之範圍,對此尚需蒐集更多之數據或做適度之調整。

In this investigation, twenty types of marketed Chinese herbs including Cassiae torae Semen, Foeniculi Fructus, Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix, Perillae Folium, Rehmanniae Radix, Carthami Flos, Plantaginis Semen, Biotae Semen, Evodiae Fructus, Arstolochiae Fangchi Radix, Aurantii Immaturus Fructus, Ligustici Sinensis Rhizoma et Radix, Zingiberis Siccatum Rhizoma, Polyporus, Cistanchis Herba, Sterculiae Lychnophorae Semen, Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Polygoni Multiflori Caulis, Gentitana Scabrae Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix were analyzed. Analysis of loss on drying, diluted ethanol-soluble extractive, water-soluble extractive, total ash and acid-insoluble ash of herbs were performed. To summarize the above survey results of the five tests done for each herb, the produced values compared with their M.+S.D. or M.-S.D., seven herbs that displayed a reasonable distribution in their test results were Perillae Folium, Carthami Flos, Aurantii Immaturus Fructus, Ligustici Sinensis Rhizoma et Radix, Polyporus, Cistanchis Herba and Gentitana Scabrae Radix. The other thirteen herbs showed an unreasonable distribution in response to one to four of the five test performed. Based on the data obtained, this experiment is able to generate a statistic value that can cover most of the reasonable data. This data can further be served as a remarkable estimation value for the future testing on the above twenty types of herbs.
