為調查市售宣稱含維生素E 之保健食品，其實際含量是否符合標示量，抽驗錠狀、膠囊狀等保健食品43 件，檢驗結果，43 件檢體之維生素E 含量範圍為0.01 ~ 437.3 IU/顆。其中32 件檢體之維生素E 含量在標示量之90 %至110 %之間，含量範圍為0.09 ~ 437.3 IU/顆；3 件檢體之維生素E 含量分別為標示量11.4、5.1 及770 %。另外8件未標示維生素E 含量，其檢出之維生素E 含量範圍為0.01 ~ 0.95IU/顆。本調查係本局比較檢驗，曾於九十二年一月三十日發布新聞在案。

To investigate the coincidence of Vitamin E content of foods in capsules or tablets form with label claims, 43 samples were tested. Results showed that Vitamin E content were between 0.01~ 437.3 IU/capsule or tablet. Contents of 32 samples were between 0.09 ~ 437.3 IU/capsule or tablet, that were within 90 % ~ 110 % of label claim. Contents of 3 samples were 11.4, 5.1 and 770 % of label claim respectively. Another 8 samples had no label claim of Vitamin E content, the content were between 0.01 ~ 0.95 IU/ capsule or tablet.
