目前社會消費形態改變,大都會區居民至超級市場及量販店購買包裝蔬果之機會大增,雖然許多超市及量販店對進貨蔬果,已建立自行檢驗措施,或選擇業經檢驗合格,具有吉園圃或綠盾等標誌之蔬果為貨源,但為強化業者自主管理之責任,本調查針對蔬果包裝場進行蔬果殘留農藥的監測。由各縣市衛生局配合當地之農政單位組成聯合稽查小組,於九十一年五月及九月分別至49 家包裝場抽驗蔬果檢體,送至本局及中、南各檢驗站,進行79 種農藥之檢驗。91 年度共抽驗163 件,檢出殘留農藥有28 件,檢出率為17.2%,均無不符規定者。本調查係本局之比較檢驗,曾於九十一年五月九日發佈新聞在案

英文摘要

In order to understand whether the supermarkets provided vegetables and fruits in compliance with pesticide tolerance, 163 samples of vegetables and fruits were collected from packers throughout Taiwan during May and September. 2002. Samples were analyzed by a multi-residue method that included 79items of pesticide. The results showed that no sample violated the tolerance level set by the Department of Health.
