為了解台灣地區乳製品及嬰幼兒食品中多氯聯苯的殘留量情形,92 年度至台北市各大超市進行採樣,共計採得檢體100 件,包括乳製品74 件及嬰幼兒食品26 件。檢體以乙醚抽取油脂後,進行皂化、萃取、濃縮,再以濃硫酸及酸性矽膠管柱進行淨化,最後檢液以GC/ECD 進行分析檢測,以GC/MS/MS 確認。本研究採用多重分析方法檢測34 種多氯聯苯同源物,方法之最低檢出限量為3 6 ng/g(脂肪基準),平均回收率介於79.6 103.4%。檢驗結果顯示乳製品檢體中,11 件檢出多氯聯苯同源物,包括奶粉4 件、鮮乳1 件、優酪乳1件、煉乳1 件、乾酪2 件及冰淇淋2 件,含量範圍為3.5 17.6 ng/g(脂肪基準);嬰幼兒食品檢體中,5 件檢出多氯聯苯同源物,包括牛奶配方嬰兒奶粉3 件、黃豆蛋白水解配方嬰兒奶粉1 件、嬰幼兒罐頭食品1 件,含量範圍為3.5 21.0 ng/g(脂肪基準)。檢驗結果均與衛生標準規定相符。
Asurvey of PCBresidues in dairy products, infant and junior foods in Taiwan is reported for understanding
the PCB residues. One hundred samples including 74 dairy products and 26 infant and junior foods were
sampled from retail outlets and analyzed by GC/ECD and confirmed by GC-MS/MS. Sample lipids were
extracted by n-hexane, saponified, extracted by n-hexane, concentrated, and then cleaned up by sulfuric acid following acid silica column. Thirty-four polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congeners were analyzed in this study. The recovery studies were carried out by spiking PCB congeners at the level of 40 ng/g fat. Average recoveries were in the range of 79.6 103.4%. This method was applied to samples analysis, 11 samples of dairy products were detected to contain PCB congeners ranged from 3.5-17.6 ng/g fat and 5 samples of infant and junior foods were ranged from 3.5-21 ng/g fat. In this study, penta and hexachlorinated PCBs were the major congeners for the fish and shellfish samples in Taiwan. All of the samples were found to comply with the regulation limit for PCB.
