國內之蔬果殘留農藥問題，一直十分受消費者關注，大都會區居民至超級市場及量販店購買包裝蔬果之機會大增，雖然許多超市及量販店對進貨蔬果，已建立自行檢驗措施，或選擇業經檢驗合格，具有吉園圃或綠盾等標誌之蔬果為貨源，但為強化業者自主管理之責任，本調查針對蔬果包裝場進行蔬果殘留農藥的監測。九十三年度於五月、八月及十月共進行三次監測，分別至26 家包裝場採樣。三次之監測共抽驗蔬果檢體106 件，包括蔬菜類93 件及水果類13 件，送至本局及中、南、東各檢驗站，進行79 種殘留農藥之檢驗。106 件蔬果檢體中，檢出殘留農藥有17 件，檢出率為16.0%，其中1 件與規定不符，該檢體係來自未落實自主管理之第三級包裝場，已依法處辦。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於93 年5 月14 日發布新聞在案
英文摘要
In order to understand whether the supermarkets provide vegetables and fruits in compliance with pesticide tolerance, 106 samples of vegetables and fruits were collected from field packers throughout Taiwan during May, August and October in 2004. Samples were analyzed by a multi-residue method that includes 79 items of pesticides. The results showed that one sample containing monocrotophos, which violated the regulation set by the Department of Health.
