自開放大陸原料藥進口以來，目前國內已核准之大陸原料藥許可證計200張，為瞭解大陸原料藥輸入國內使用之狀況，以期對大陸原料藥品質有一深入之了解，提供藥政管理參考，遂執行本調查計畫。本計畫挑選已核發許可證張數較多之品目，以及曾有不合格情形之品目，進行詳細檢驗，選定原料藥之品目Acetaminophen、Aminophylline、Caffeine、Cimetidine、Dexamethasone sodium phosphate、Hydrocortisone acetate、Ibuprofen、Metronidazole、Prednisolone、Prednisolone sodium phosphate及Theophylline等11種品目，依據美國藥典第二十五版之檢驗規格及方法進行外觀、鑑別、乾燥減重、熾灼殘渣、水分、熔融溫度、比旋光度、層析法純度檢查、類緣化合物及含量測定等項目之檢驗。94年3月至6月委請衛生局赴原料藥代理商及藥廠實地抽樣共計29件，抽驗結果，除1件檢體（Aminophylline）之水分（Water）檢驗項目不合格外，其餘28件檢體之品質均符合規定。
英文摘要
In order to understand the quality of active pharmaceutical ingredients imported from Mainland China, a total of twenty-nine samples of eleven items（acetaminophen, aminophylline, caffeine, cimetidine, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, hydrocortisone acetate, ibuprofen, metronidazole, prednisolone, prednisolone sodium phosphate and theophylline）were sampled from the import agents and pharmaceutical manufactures by the local hygiene bureau in Taiwan from March to June 2005. Samples were analyzed based on the respective monographs as described in the USP 25.The results showed that one sample（aminophylline）failed to compile with USP 25 specification and all others met the regulatory requirements.
