為了解黃麴毒素於中藥材中污染情形,本調查自九十一年至九十三年間在臺灣各地區中藥店,隨機價購黃耆(Astragli Radix)及薏苡仁(Coicis Semen)各100件,延胡索(Corydalidis Rhizoma)、蓮子(Nelumbinis Semen)及山藥(Batatatis Rhizoma)各50件,應用食品中黃麴毒素檢驗法檢測黃麴毒素,結果於9件(9%)黃耆中檢出,污染範圍為4.5~74.5 ppb;於11件(11%)薏苡仁中檢出,污染範圍為1.3~13.0 ppb;於3件(6%)延胡索中檢出,污染範圍為3.0~18.1 ppb;於1件(2%)蓮子中檢出,該件污染量為62.3ppb;而山藥則均未檢出。

英文摘要

In this survey, 350 samples (100 samples of Astragli Radix and Coicis Semen each, and 50 samples of Corydalidis Rhizoma, Nelumbinis Semen and Batatatis Rhizoma each ) were purchased from 2002 to 2004, in order to investigate the aflatoxin (AF) contamination in Chinese herb. The samples were tested by the Chinese National Standard Method of testing aflatoxin in food.Aflatoxin was detected in 9 samples (9%) of Astragli Radix, content within 4.5-74.5 ppb; 11 samples (11%) of Coicis Semen, content within 1.3-13.0 ppb; 3 samples (6%) of Corydalidis Rhizoma, content within 3.0-18.1 ppb; and 1 samples (2%) of Nelumbinis Semen,the content of 62.3 ppb. No Batatatis Rhizoma samples was detected to contain aflatoxin.
