中文摘要

由生鮮水產品中分離所得之氣單胞菌(aeromonad)計222株,測驗其對十四種抗生素之耐受性,其中以對penicillin A之耐性株最多(95%)。所有受測驗之氣單胞菌均對10μg之vibriostat O/129 ( 2, 4- diamino-6, 7-diisopropylpteridine phosphate)具耐受性,至於對150μg者則有67-100%菌株具耐性。除A. hydrophila DNA group 1以溶血性強者佔大部份之外,其它菌均以弱溶血性佔多數。在細胞毒性試驗方面,A. trota DNA group 13未具細胞毒性,A. media DNA group 5 B則為部份具細胞毒性,其它受測試的菌株均具細胞毒性。A. hydrophiJa DNA group 1, A. media DNA group 5 B及A. hydrophila like DNA group 2發生血球凝集現象的比率最高,其它茵株則較少。蛋白質分解酵素之測驗結果,其中以A. hydrophila DNA group 1之活性強者佔大多數,其它菌林則較少。卵磷脂分解酵素活性,以A. trota DNA group 13所占比率最低,其它茵較多。A. hydrophila DNA group 1具有核酸分解酵素活性強者佔最多,且澱粉分解酵素活性亦較強。

英文摘要

Various characteristics were determined for 222 aeromonads isolated from aquatic foods. Isolates were tested for resistance to 14 antimicrobial agents. Most of the isolates were resistant to penicillin A ( 95% ). All strains were resistant to 10μg 0/129, and 67-100% of the strains were resistant to 150μg 0/129. Most strains (50-100%) had weak hemolysis, except for A. hydrophila DNA group 1. Cytotoxic activity was found in most of the aeromonad, with the exception of some A. trota DNA group 13 and some A. media DNA group 5B strains. A higher occurrence of hemagglutination was found in A. hydrophila DNA group 1, A. media DNA group 5B and A. hydrophila like DNA group 2 strains. Most of A. hydrophila DNA group 1( 83% ) showed a strong protease activity, but lower frequencies were found in other strains. A. trota DNA group 13 had the lowest lecithinase activity, while the other strains all demonstrated a high activity. A. hydrophila DNA group 1 demonstrated the highest nuclease activity and had a higher amylase activity than the others.
