本文採插層聚合法以製備不同矽酸鹽含量之環氧樹脂/矽酸鹽奈
米複合材料,所得奈米複合材料藉由XRD 分析其有機矽酸鹽層間距變
化。研究中利用DSC 探討環氧樹脂奈米複合材料之非等溫固化反應動
力行為,經Kissinger, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa, Crane 方程式求得反應活化能、
反應級數等動力參數,並探討奈米矽酸鹽對於環氧樹脂奈米複合材料黏
度、熱性質、拉伸性質及三點彎曲性質之影響。
Organosilicates were intercalated into epoxy resin by solution
blending technique. The intercalated microstructure of organosilicate in
epoxy matrix was characterized by transmission electron microscopies, and
X-ray diffraction. Dynamic curing information was characterized by
noisothermal curing kinetics. The activation energy, reaction order and other
kinetic parameters were calculated by Kissinger, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and
Crane methods. In addition, viscosity and thermal properties of the resulted
epoxy/organosilicate nanocomposites were also studied to ascertain the
effect of organosilicate content. The mechanical properties of
organosilicates/epoxy nanocomposites were estimated by tensile and
three-point-bending tests.
