World-class international main enterprises lead the game rules and development trends of the global industry economy. Because the world-class international main enterprises of Japan have very important influence power on the international product market, understanding and grasping the management trends of those companies of Japan can help work out the commercial policy and international competitive strategy concerning Japan. For this reason, this paper not only studied the world-class international main enterprises of Japan but also explored and analyzed the Japan Superstar Companies. The result of study shows: Toyota Motor was the superstar in the world-class international main enterprises of Japan, it not merely has remarkable corporate culture and management tactics, even the operation of international corporate image and communication ability was more sophisticated.
