Women's health is an emerging issue for the United Nations. It not only includes reproductive health concepts derived from traditional concepts of maternal and child health, but is also beginning to emphasize menstrual health, which is closely related to women's life cycles. This article reviews development trends in women's health policy worldwide, and highlights the importance of menstrual health policy.
