本研究目的在探討護生的老化知識與對老人的態度，進而暸解兩者之間的關係，作為老年護理課程設計及實習經驗安排之參考，以立意取樣法郵寄問卷請各校護生自行填寫結構型問卷，回收問卷918份，回收率為87.42%，以SPSS PC+軟體進行資料分析。研究結果發現 1.護生對老化現象的認知平均得分為37.17分(滿分為51分)，標準差為3.834分，答對率為72.88%，2.護生對老人的態度屬於正向反應， 3 知識得分上僅「年齡」變項與老化知識得分呈顯著差異(p<0.05)，態度得分上僅「願意選擇照護老人」變項與態度得分呈顯著差異(p<0.05)，4.護生對老化知識的得分與對老人的態度得分之間未呈現有意義之相關。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge of aging and the attitudes toward the elderly among nursing students, and to determine the correlation between the two. It can serve as a reference in designing geriatric nursing course and practical training. Self-reported structural questionnaires were mailed to nursing students who were sampled by the purposive sampling procedure. Nine hundred and eighteen questionnaires were returned. This data was analyzed by SPSS PC+ Software.The results were as follows:
1. The average score among nursing students on knowledge of aging was 37.17 (SD = 3.834, correct rate = 72.88%).
2. Positive attitudes was noted among nursing students toward the elderly.
3. "Age" was the only variable statistically significantly associated with "the knowledge of aging" (p < 0.05).
“Willing to choose to care for the elderly" was the only variable statistically significantly associated with“atti-tudes toward the elderly" (p<0.05).
4. The knowledge of aging and the attitudes toward the elderly among nursing students were not statistically correlated.
