本研究目的在探討心臟病患對護理指導需求之認知程度,並將護理人員對心臟病患護理指導需求認知程度做進一步之比較分析,期提供專業同仁尋求新的護理指導策略之參考。研究係以描述性設計之研究方法採用研究者自行設計之Likert式結構型問卷調查表,以方便取樣方式於台北某醫學中心心臟科病房及心臟加護中心選取合乎條件之心臟病患(58位)與護理人員( 79 位)為研究對象進行資料收集。問卷內容分基本資料與問卷內容兩部份,研究對象依其對問卷內容每一題次之看法選擇其重要程度,由5分(非常重要)至1分(非常不重要),分數愈高則表示心臟病患或護理人員對病患護理指導需求之認知程度愈持正向概念。研究結果發現心臟病患對護理指導需求之認知程度平均為4.34,護理人員對心臟病患護理指導需求之認知程度平均為4.31,既不論心臟病患採護理人員對病患護理指導需求之認知均在重要到非常重要程度;心臟病患與護理人員對病患護理指導需求之認知程度在整體上則無顯著差異,但在細項方面則有四項有顯著差異(p < 0.01 )。研究結果建議心臟病患之護理指導計劃應依病患認知重要程度之優先次序執行,以滿足病患需求、達到自我照顧及維持健康之目標。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the importance and congruency of perceived learning needs of cardiac patients by patients and nurses. A descriptive design was utilized as the method in the study. Fifty-eight patients with cardiac disease and seventy-nine nurses from a teaching hospital in Taipei Taiwan voluntarily participated as subjects in the study. A Likert-type structured questionnaire was used as the instrument to collect data. The procedure of data collection was to ask patients and nurses to express their opinions of the importance of learning needs for cardiac patients by responding to the questionnaire. The findings of the study showed that: (1) the mean of the importance of leaning needs perceived by cardiac patients was 4.34, and perceived by nurses was 4.31 . (2) There were no significant differences between patients' and nurses' perceptions of the importance of learning needs for cardiac patients. The results of the study should be very helpful for improving education for cardiac patients in a clinical setting.
