中文摘要

     隨著工、商業進步、冠狀動脈疾病罹患人口逐年增多,由於疾病控制與生活方式息息相關,故病人除需接受治療,對疾病相關知識的瞭解亦十分重要。為因應護理人力長期缺乏之現況,選擇一有效、省力之臨床病人衛教方式乃為當務之急。本研究目的為比較個別衛教與團體衛教對病人疾病認知、態度及自我照顧行為之成效,期能提供臨床護理人員對於冠狀動脈疾病病人衛教之參考。研究設計為類實驗法,以立意取樣法選取經過心導管確定診斷的冠狀動脈疾病病人79名,以收案時間順序分別予以該單位現行之個別衛教,為控制組;及修訂過之團體衛教為實驗組。結果發現在知識與態度方面之成效,團體衛教優於個別衛教,自我照顧行為方面,則兩組成效相當。而衛教所花費時間則顯示團體衛教措施個別衛教省時。故整體而言團體衛教措施的效果優於個別衛教措施,為一值得推廣的衛教方式。

英文摘要

     The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of individual education and group education on the knowledge, and self-care behaviors of coronary artery patients. A two-group quasi-experimental design was used. The subjects were divided into two groups, an experimental group which received group education, and a comparison group which received individual education. Major findings of this study: The effect of patient education on the knowledge and attitude of the experimentel group was better than that of the comparison group. The effect of patient education on the behavior of the subjects in the two groups was the same. Another finding of this study was that the comparison group spent more time teaching patients that the experimental group. To summarize the above, group education was better than individual education in quality and efficiency, and group education is worth popularizing in the clinical setting.
