本研究旨在探討經產婦於產從初期角色轉變迫程中的經驗歷程，以現象學研究法，針對11位經產婦於產後第二天至出院從第二週進行深度訪談，結果顯示:經產婦在產後初期角色轉變進程中的經驗歷程可歸納為:(1)達成責任的完滿感; (2)經驗的相映照; (3)努力成為兩個孩子的母 親;(4)籍著與第一個孩子比較進而認同第二個孩子; (5)促使第一個孩子接納第二個孩子; (6)哀傷工作;(7)生活的重新計劃安排。本研究結果可做為護理人員照顧經產婦時參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the lived experience of eleven secondigravida in the role transition period at early postpartum. This study was conducted by the phenomenological method. The results show that the lived experience of the secondigravida can be categorized as follows: (1) sense of achievement and satisfaction; (2) comparison the experience; (3) trying hard to be the mother of two children; (4) comparing with the first child in order to identify with the second child; (5) promoting acceptance by the first child; (6) coping with grief; (7) replanning and rearranging life patterns. The result of this study can be applied as a reference for nurses when taking care of secondigravida during the role transition period.
