暸解老年婦女對健康的看法才能提供合宜的護理。本研究目的即在暸解老年婦女的健康觀念。以樣本調查法，取士林區三個里的65歲以上婦女為樣本，以研究者自擬之間卷進行家戶訪談，除遷出、死亡、空戶、拒訪等，共得有效問卷574份，訪視完成率為72.94%。研究結果顯示:老年婦女的健康觀念包括:精氣神調和、心理幸福快樂、心靈平和寧靜、掌控與展望感、身體無不適五個次觀忿，總解釋力達76.9%。護理應朝多元化方向發展，以滿足老年婦女的健康需求，落實人性化及個別性護理。

The purpose of this study was to understand the health conceptions of older women. Women aged over 65 years in three sub-wards of Shi-Lin District were visited with self-developed questionnaire. 574 questionnaires were returned and the response rate was 72.94%. The result revealed that the health conceptions of older women were: Jing-Chi-Shen moderation, happiness in mind, spiritual peace, feeling of control and expansion, absence of disease . These five factors accounted for 76.9% of variance in health conception. Nursing practice based on a multi-cultural approach was encouraged to meet the health needs of older women in order to provide nursing care for older women individually and humanistically.
