中文摘要

     理想的高危險性新生兒護理照顧應有嚴密的監測、發展性照顧及支持性的治療環境。因此需藉由在職教育課程的提供,來協助臨床護理人員學識技能的更新與精進。本研究目的就是藉由教學方案成果的評價,來確認本教學活動的適切性與成效,並為未來規劃或舉辦類似研習活動之參考。 教學的內容包含對高危險性新生兒( 1 )生理與病理的評估與監測;( 2 )醫療照護的處置技巧; ( 3 )發展與壓力調適;( 4 )家庭的調適與資源四項主題。教學評價的工具為研究者依據課程設計所研擬之:學習成果評值表及教學方案設計的回饋評價表。所得之量性資料以 SPSS ╱ PC 之描述性及無母數分析統計方式;質性資料則以內容分析法,予以歸納整理。本研究結果發現本教學方案確能有效地達成教學效果與目標,但也發現研究對象對課室認知教學的評值比臨床實務教學的評值好。因此未來在設計課程時,應依教學對象實務之需要,予以不同的課程,才能使在職教育達到最佳之教學成果。

英文摘要

     Optimal infant outcomes require both developmental care and complexphysiological care. Care of high-risk newborns has improved dramatically overpast years. Continuing education programs can provide nurses with advancedknowledge, sophisticated technology, and expert neonatal intensive care. Themain purpose of this study was to evaluate such a program, to assist indesigning better continuing education programs for the future. This programincludes four main themes: 1. Identifying and monitoring high-risk newborns forphysiological and pathological changing. 2. Expert caring skills and management.3. Developmental care for high-risk newborns. 4. Strategies for care ofhigh-risk newborns' parents. The evaluation tools included self evaluation formsand a program feedback form, both designed by the researcher. The quantitativedata were analyzed by descriptive methods and a nonparametric test and thequalitative data by content analysis. The results showed that the effect of thiscontinuing education program can fit program tasks and teaching objects. But thesubjects were more satisfied with lecture teaching than practical teaching. Fromthis point of view the continuing education programs should be divided intoseveral different courses to meet different nurses' needs.
