研究目的在比較不同型式團體衛生教育對精神病患在服藥知識、態度、以及門診回診率上的影響。本研究採用類實驗研究法,以配對方式將研究對象分為三組,每組 13 名。第一組病患參加 6 次結構式團體衛生教育;第二組病患參加 6 次非結構式團體衛生教育;第三組為控制組,沒有參加結構式或非結構式團體衛生教育。三組病患均參加病房中例行治療。 研究結果顯示:( 1 )結構式和非結構式團體衛教在促進病患服藥的知識與態度上均有顯著之效果; ( 2 )結構式團體衛教在提昇精神病患服藥知識上,較控制組有顯著之成效;( 3 )在門診回診率上,三組間未出現顯著性之差異。 本研究結果可以提供醫護人員在照護精神病患及發展相關衛生教育計畫之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different typesof group education on the knowlege, attitudes, and clinical follow-up of thementally ill. A three-group quasi-experimental design was used to study 39patients by meshing. Subjects in the first group received 6 sessions ofstructured group education. In the second group, subjects received 6 sessions ofnon-structured group education. The third group, the control group, did notreceive structured or non-structured group education. All of them received dailyservices in the ward. Major findings of this study were:(1) after groupeducation, knowledge and attitudes of the structured and non-structured groupshad significantly increased; (2) the effects of group education on knowledge ofthe structured group were better than the control group; (3) the effects on therate of compliance to outpatient department follow up did not show significantdifference. The results of this study may help medical personnel to providebetter care and to develop related education programs for the mentally ill.
