研究採質性研究方法，目的在於探討青少年產婦母性角色的經驗， 以懷孕 37 週以上、自然生產、無合併症的青少年產婦為收案對象， 共計十一位 16-19 歲的青少年產婦於產後 6 週接受訪談，應用半結構式訪談方式， 讓受訪者敘述其產後期母性經驗，運用現場錄音記錄訪談內容，以內容分析法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示：青少年產後期母性經驗的構成要素有四：(1) 育兒的不確定感； (2) 對育兒現況的不滿意感； (3) 勝任度低的母性行為；(4) 高緊張度的母性表現；本研究結果可使護理人員更深入了解青少年產婦產後期母性角色的經驗，作為照顧之參考。

　　　　　A qualitative method was used in this study. The purpose of the studywas to explore adolescent women's experiences of the maternal role inpostpartum. Eleven participants were obtained by purposive sampling of 16-19year old adolescent women, and were interviewd on the 42nd day. The participantshad given birth at over 37 weeks by natural spontaneous delivery withoutcomplications. Data collectin was by tape-recorded semi-structured interviews inwhich participant described their experiences. Content analysis was used in thestudy. Intercoder reliability and content validity were examined to monitor therigorousness of the methodology. The findings showed that the experiences ofmaternal role of adolescent women consisted of four elements: (1) uncertaintyabout bringing up the child; (2) dissatisfaction with their situation; (3) lowcompetence of maternal behavior; (4) high tension concerning the maternal role.The findings of this study help nurses better understand the experience andprovide some direction to assist adolescent women in motherhood adaptation andpostpartum.
