本研究乃以PRECEDE模式探討五專生愛滋病預防行為意圖。採方便取樣選取南區四所五專四年級學生共1236人為研究對象,以無記名自填結構式問卷進行資料收集。研究結果顯示:(1)愛滋病預防行為意圖的得分指標為82.75,(2)性別、學校所在地、性行為、物質使用在愛滋病預防行為意圖上有顯著差異,父母教育程度在愛滋病預防行為意圖上沒有顯著差異,(3)愛滋病預防行為自我效能、愛滋病知識、學校健康資源狀況、自覺同儕執行愛滋病預防行為現況及感受同儕執行預防傳染行為對其的影響程度與愛滋病預防行為意圖呈顯著正相關,(4)拒絕性行為自我效能、主動預防自我效能、性別、自覺同儕執行預防傳染行為現況、感受同儕執行預防傳染行為對其的影響程度和性行為可解釋總變異量的52.4%。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the AIDS preventive intentions of junior college students by using the PRECEDE model. Subjects of this study were recruited from the fourth grade offour junior colleges by convenience sampling. An anonymous, self-administered questionnaire was used in this study. The results showed that: (1)The proportional score of AIDS preventive intentions is 82.75. (2) Gender, location of school, sexual experience, alcohol drinking and smoking experience were significant factors for difference in AIDS preventive intentions. (3) Self-efficacy in AIDS prevention behavior, AIDS knowledge, school resources in AIDS prevention, perception of peers' AIDS prevention behavior, and perceived influence of peers' AIDS pre-vention behavior were all positively correlated with AIDS preventive intentions. (4) Self-efficacy in rejecting sexual intercourse, self-efficacy in active prevention, gender, perception of peers' behavior in preventing infection, perceived influence of peers' behavior in preventing infection and sexual experience accounted for 52.4% of the variance in AIDS preventive intentions.
