臺灣愛滋病年度資料逐年增加情形，建置國內HIV(human immunodeficiency virus)危險因素模式是一件刻不容緩的事情。本研究藉由文獻探討HIV的嚴重性、愛滋與相關因素之間的關係、指出高危險性行為的潛在危機並總合危險因素相關研究。本研究目的在於建立國內HI險因素模式；分析囊括臺灣CDC網站2004年4月至2004年12月份HIV危險因素人口資料。藉由探索性因素分析建構「HIV存活」、「HIV死亡」及「HIV感染途徑」因素，解釋變異達73.97%並進而運用驗證性因素分析HIV因素間的關係。原始模式結果顯示「HIV存活」與「HIV死亡」間有顯著正向關係。配合適配度指標、標準化殘差及修正指標總體檢，原始模式進一步修正，經6次漸進刪除變數後，刪除「HIV感染途徑」及X2(男或感染人數)，獲得最終模式。最終模式中，「HIV存活」(測量變數包括存活及毒癮者)顯著正面的影響「HIV死亡」(測量變數包括死亡及雙性戀)。根據最終模式，提供建議給相關單位一些有關於毒品及性愛傾向正確教育方面的宣導與加強。

The continuing increase in AIDS incidences in Taiwan makes urgent the need to establish a model of HIV risk factors for the island. This study explored HIV severity, examined the relationships between various AIDS-relevant factors, identified the potential threats of high risk sex, and summarized relevant published research on AIDS risk factors. The purpose of the study was to establish a model of HIV risk factors. Data was collected from Taiwan’s Center for Disease Control (CDC) and covered the time period from April, 2002 to December, 2004. Following an EFA, the study established the following factors, “HIV alive”, “HIV dead”, and “path of HIV infection”. These three factors explained 73.97% of variance. We further applied CFA to analyze the relationships between factors explained model showed a significantly positive relationship between “HIV alive” and “HIV dead”. The original model was modified after checking goodness-of-fit indicators, standardized residuals, and modification indices. Measurement variables eliminated “path of HIV infection” and “X2” (male infection number) after 6 gradual deletions to achieve a final model. In the final model, “HIV alive” (including survivors and drug-addicts) demonstrate to have a significantly positive influence on “HIV dead” (in-cluding dead and bi-sexuals). The study further provided suggestions applicable in education/promotion related to drug abuse and proper sexual behavior.
