     目的:測試乳酸桿菌科菌株提高免疫力之效果及其抗癌方面的表現。鼠脾臟細胞產生γ—擾素,做為其增強免疫力的指標;再以遲發性過敏反應(Delayed TypeHypersensitivity; DTH)測試乳酸桿茵科菌株的佐劑作用及其引發的T細胞記憶反應;最後以同時注射方式,測定乳酸桿菌科死菌體抑制肉瘤細胞(CT-26)的生長情形,並與BCG比較之。用上都比靈芝強,而比Con A稍差。同時施打羊紅血球(SRBC)和乳酸桿茵科死菌體時,可以稍微增加皮膚的腫脹程度,表示它對遲發性過敏反應有輕度的佐劑作用。而先打死菌體刺激局部的免疫系統,再以SRBC免疫時,局部的遲發性過敏反應要比未打死菌體的對照組強。另外同時注射死菌體與腫瘤細胞時,死菌體比BCG活菌更能抑制肉瘤細胞的生長。但其完整的作用機轉,還須進一步深入研究。

英文摘要

     Purpose: To examine the immunopotentiating ability of Lactobacteriaceae withGanoderma lucidum in vitro and compare the anti-tumor ability of Lactobacteriaceaewith that of BCG using a mouse model injected with sarcoma cells.the stimulation of interferon-gamma production by mouse spleen cells. The delayedtype hypersensitivity shown by foot swelling scale was chosen as an index of adjuvanteffect. Anti-tumor ability was examined by simultaneously injected bacteria cellswith sarcoma cells on mouse left hind leg.heat-killed Lactobacteriaceae cells were higher than four tested Ganoderma lucidumproducts, but slightly lower than Con A. Simultaneously injected SRBC with heat-killed Lactobacteriaceae cells showed an adjuvant effect on foot swelling in mousemodel. Mice immunized with heat-killed Lactobacteriaceae cells had higher footswelling scale when challenged with SRBC three weeks later. Heat-killedLactobacteriaceae cells demonstrated a better inhibition of tumor growth than viableBCG.Lactobacteriaceae are initially verified, further studies should be carried on.
