降雨強度推估值之獲取是水文及水理分析的基本參數之一,直接影響後續工程設計之安仝性,因此為水文設計所重視。依據我國水土保持技術規範,降雨強度之推估係採用無因次降雨強度公式,其公式中有多個參數需進行計算,而最重要的輸入參數為年平均降雨量。當計畫區鄰近有兩量站時,應採該站資料;而當

計畫區附近無任何雨量站時,應從台灣等雨量線圖查出計畫區之年平均降雨量值。由於「降雨強度之推估」主要是依據測站的歷史降雨紀

錄值,經由統計分析後,建立已知測站及任一地方之推估式。為提供使用者及工程人員方便使用,同時其具有強烈的空間性,因此本研究將空間定位與水文參數相互結合,採用地理資

訊系統技術來建置降雨強度推估成果之展示與查詢系統,該系統採用軟體元件進行開發,是一個獨立運作的軟體,可擴大其效益與便利性

,同時系統提供操作簡易的使用者介面,藉以獲得全台各地在不同延時與重現期距之雨量強

度公式。

英文摘要

The calculation of rainfall intensity estimates is one of the basic parameters of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. Itdirectly

influences the safety considerations in subsequent engineering and design, so much attention has been paid to it in hydrologic design. According to ROC technical specification for water and soil conservation, rainfall intensity estimates are calculated by a dimensionless rainfall intensity formula.there are a lot of parameters that need to be calculated in the formula, The most important of which is the annual average rainfall. Whena rain gauge is positioned near an area under study, rainfall data from this gauge can be used. However, when there is no rain gauge near the study area, One needs to find the annual average rainfall from the isohyetal map of Taiwan. The estimate of rainfall intensity is based on the historical data and the parameters are obtained by statistical methods. To provide rainfall estimates for any location, this research uses geographic information system technology to establish a demo and query system for rainfall intensity estimates. The system adopts software subroutines to develop a complete program. Itcan be operated independently, for the convenience of engineers and other users. Moreover, we 0ffer a user-friendly interface for inquiring about rainfall intensity formulae based on different times, and recurrence intervals for any location in Taiwan.ial Position, Query system.
