 企業內部傳統的工作流程大都透過人工處
理紙張文件的方式進行,此種方式的主要缺點
在於分文、逐級呈核、會辦相關人員,或往更
高主管呈核的過程中既費時又費力,且文件流
向無法有效掌握。因此,許多產業都已經在進
行電子化工作流程(E-Workf low),但物流業
卻未見明顯之動作。為實現電子化企業的目
標,企業應選擇適合企業的資訊系統,循序漸
近地建置電子化工作流程(E-Workf low)及管
理系統(WFMS)。在 E-Workf low 的建置方
面,必須運用工作流程管理系統(WFMS)的
概念,並實際導入群組軟體(Groupwa re)。
因此本論文的主要目的在應用 Lot us Not es/
Domino 作為系統設計與實作的開發工具,針
對物流業內部的人事部門與財務部門的相關工
作流程,如請假申請、費用申請與加班申請,
進行系統架構分析、評估,建置 E-Workf low
及其管理系統。最後,分析採行 E-Workf low
後的效益。

英文摘要

The workflows within traditional enterprises
usually involves dealing with paper documents
by ha nd. The pr ima ry disadva ntages of this
method are that time and energy are wasted on
distributing documents, seeking and receiving
authorization and approvals, notifying related
personnel, and submitting documents to higherranking
officials for approval. In addition, the
direction of document f low cannot be controlled
efficiently. Therefore, many enter prises have
st a r t e d to i mplement ele ct ron ic work f lows
(E-workflow) ; however, the logistics industry has
not yet taken up this idea. In order to achieve the
objective of establishing an E-business, logistics
enterprises should choose appropriate information
systems, and systematically introduce E-workflow
and workflow management systems (WFMS).
  In order to est abl ish E-work f low, it is
necessary to apply the concept of WFMS, and
install software for managing group interaction
(Groupwa re). Therefore, the pur pose of this
paper is to apply Lotus Notes/Domino as a tool
for system design and development, in order to
examine the workf low processes in personnel
depa r tment and financial affairs depa r tment
within the logistics industry, including aspectssuch as leave applications, purchasing processes
a nd over ti me appl ications. Af t er a na lysis
a nd evaluation of the systems in process, a n
E-workflow and management system is proposed.
Finally, the benefits of introducing E-workf low
are analyzed.
