本文試圖從教學品質有關的領域，包括：重要的教育哲學、教育與學習有關的幾個概念、提高教學與學習效果之原則、教師倫理與教學倫理等，並提出改進教學品質之道。

In the 21st century, the excellence in teaching has become main focus for institutions of advanced industry nations in higher education. How to improve the quality in education is a big challenge.
In this article, the author attempts to demonstrate the related areas of teaching quality and provides with solutions covering: education concepts, essential education philosophy, education and learning related concepts, principles for enhancing teaching and learning effectiveness, as well as ways to improve teaching quality.
