在全球化及高度競爭的時代,組織必須持續不斷創新、變革及有效管理,以提升全球競爭力。然而,藉由工作生活品質的改善,可增進管理溝通、工作士氣、生產力、以及工作滿意度,甚而降低怠工及離職的發生率。繼而,提升工作生活品質與工作績效向來是組織管理者追求之目標。本文試圖藉由「工作生活品質」及「高科技產業人員」相關文獻資料的彙整分析,以提升高科技產業人員之「工作生活品質J'方能於「高度競爭環境壓力」之下,因應有形及無形的阻礙。

英文摘要

In the highly competitive and global era, the organizations must enhance their global competition by being innovated, organization transforming, and efficient management. By the improvement of quality of the working life, the organizations can not only increase their inter-department communication, working moral, productivity, and working satisfaction, but can also decrease the rate of worker burnout and turnover. Therefore, the increase of quality of the working life is always the goal to the organization managers. This study focuses on the synthesis of the preliminary studies, try to analyze the factors of quality of the working life on high-tech industry workers, so as to improve their working life quality. By doing this, they should be able to overcome the tangible and intangible obstacles under the highly competitive environment.
