為了瞭解我國醫護領域關注之教育論點,針對1995年至2004年的醫護教育相關文獻,予以匯整成五大類進行整理與呈現,整理結果發現我國護理教育較強調:1. 強化老師實作及教學能力,身教、言教合一;2. 推動實證護理為主軸之教學方式,辦理技職教育產學合作與產學聯盟,將理論與實務結合;3. 培養學生終身學習的態度;4. 以邁向國際接軌與全球佈局為目標。而醫學教育則較強調:人文素養之培育、溝通能力的加強及團隊合作能力的建立。 希望能藉此文獻整理提供一個反思空間,更期待未來醫護教育的研究的方向,可以提供我們了解醫護倫理及相關人文素養的實際執行現況,以及具體之改進方案。

英文摘要

In order to understand the education argument that the fields of doctors and nurses of our country pay close attention to, we collect relevant documents to health allied education from 1995 to 2004, gather together and exactly become five big classes to put in order and appear, put the result in order and find that the nursing education of our country is relatively emphasized: 1. Strengthen teacher's practice and teaching ability, unify his own example and precept; 2. Promote the main shaft in teaching methods with evidence-based nursing, carry through university / industry cooperation and university / industry alliance in vocational and technical education; 3. Create a lifelong learning attitude; 4. In order to march toward the world to integrate it as the goal with the global overall arrangement. The medical education is relatively emphasized: humanistic literacy, enhancement of community ability, and creation of team collaboration ability. Hope to put document in order, provide us with a space to reflect ourselves, and look forward to the direction of research in health allied education in the future. And this can offer us the actual execution in present situation that we understand ethics in health care and relevant humanistic literacy, and concrete improvement scheme.
