Clinical nursing teachers play a crucial role in nursing education, in which they help students incorporate theories and practices. Their teaching effectiveness affects the quality of clinical nursing education. So this paper explores the meaning and connotation of clinical nursing teachers' teaching effectiveness, as well as related researches. It proposes recommendations for enhancing teaching effectiveness of clinical nursing education.
