藝術治療是一門與心理健康相關的領域,透過治療,個案可以運用藝術來表達自己。思想與感覺,隱喻與象徵常常可以在一個具體的及明確的藝術活動下更輕易地表達出來,其效果遠比單獨使用文字來得好。本研究是以一位專科、患有強迫症的學生為對象,安排接受14次繪畫藝術治療的輔導,目的在於探討其自我探索、自我認同、情緒表達以及學習態度上的改變歷程。結果顯示:(1)繪畫提供一種既安全又有效率的遊戲。個案可藉此自然的活動去探索及經驗外在的世界,了解這世界是和平的、快樂的,或者是混亂的、悲傷的。(2)藝術治療有助於個案對自我的探索及自我認同。(3)繪畫活動有助於誘發個案潛意識的經驗以及情感的表達。(4)由學習態度測驗中發現,階段性的創作藝術治療課程對其學習計劃與學習方法方面的進步最為顯著。

英文摘要

Art therapy is a mental health field in which clients use art to express themselves. Thoughts and feelings, metaphors and symbols often can be expressed more easily in a concrete and tangible activity of art rather than through words alone. The participant of this study is the junior college student with obsessive compulsive disorder. 14 times of drawing art therapy were used to find out the changing process of the self-exploration, self-identification, emotion expression, and learning attitude. The results showed: (1) Drawing provide a safe and effective play. It is a natural activity client use to explore and express their world, whether that world is peaceful and happy or chaotic and sad. (2) The self-exploration and self-identification of the client was enhanced during the art therapy process. (3) Drawings can evoke unconsciously experience and emotional expression. (4) The result of Learning Attitude Test indicated drawing activity can obviously imporve the learning plan and learning method.
