通識教育理念為培養具人文素養、人道關懷、能開創自我及服務社會的現代人;期使學生在理性的思考範疇之外,亦能強化靈性、群性及身體健康適能教育。國立臺北護理學院必修通識課程共區分五大學門,並配合自由選修課程,整體課程設計力求各學門均衡,為求探討通識教育學科教學之具體成果,本研究採問卷調查,問卷尺度為李克特五點量表;統計後進行描述性統計分析及 T 考驗,試圖建立通識教育各學門之能力指標參考模式;以配合未來教學品質 ISO 之發展與建立之基礎。

英文摘要

The idea of general education is to rear up modern men and women of literature, who are concerned about humanities, who are devoted to personal development and social services. In addition to logical reasoning, it opens doors for students to enhance their spirituality and bodily health and become team players. The required general education courses of National Taipei College of Nursing can be divided into 5 major areas. In conjunction with optional courses the entire program has been so designed to maintain a balance among different disciplines. To evaluate the fruit of general education, this study adopts questionnaire surveys (with Richter's 5-Point Scale). Data are organized for descriptive statistical analysis and T-test for the purpose of establishing a competency indicator reference model for of each academic area of general education. The outcome will help set up an ISO-based teaching quality evaluation system.
