若把擁有環保標章視為成功綠色創新的一種，則電子產業也顯示了強勁的創新能力，環保冰箱與綠色電腦是過去幾年家電業及電腦產業行銷的訴求之一。這些綠色創新是如何發生的，本研究挑選幾家通過「環保標章」的電子公司，探求其綠色創新與組織環境間的關係。國內外有關「綠色企業」與「創新管理」的研究與文獻各已有不少，但進一步說明綠色創新所需要的組織環境則尚少。本研究以組織構成的五項要素：社會架構、目標、技術、參與者、環境著手，對國內五家擁有環保標章的企業做個案的研究，試著就組織要素對於綠色創新的影響做一初步的探討。

　　　　　The purpose of this study aims to discuss the influence of the partners'(SAs) toward the performance, conflict, and the involvement of the resources.Moreover, it attempts to analyze the impact of the performance, conflict, andthe involvement of the resources on the commitment in SAs. This study usesLISREL VII to analyze the hypotheses. The partners' perception has positiveinfluence on the performance；however, it has negative influence on the conflictand the involvement of the resources. The importance of the motivations for theSAs has positive influence on the involvement of the resources. The performancehas positive influence on the commitment of future cooperation.
