中文摘要

資訊系統開發過程是一種團隊成員互動的過程,過去有關資訊系統專案團隊的研究,大都強調技術性問題,而行為面問題則常常被忽略,尤其是開發成員間互動行為之研究更是少見。因此本文以探索性方式,採個案研究法(定性研究法),從開發成員的角度,探尋臺灣軟體資訊界成員在系統開發過程中之各類互動行為。本研究透過個案訪談與內容分析結果定義出十四種互動型態,包括激勵關懷、互信互重、經驗分享、聯誼活動、團隊合作、溝通協調、與互相支援七種偏向協調合作之「人際導向」型態;規範導向、使用者導向、與尊重專業三種以順利完成任務為互動重點之「任務導向」型態;以及各做各的、堅持己見、見死不救、與推卸責任四種各行其事之「自我導向」型態。最後,根據本研究之發現產生出三個研究命題,可作為未來採行定量研究法之依據。

英文摘要

The Information System (IS) development process is an interaction process among team members. The study attempts to find out various interaction patterns among developers during IS development. The case-study indentifies fourteen interaction patterns. Seven of them are “people-oriented”, including encouragement and consideration, respecting others, experience sharing, social activities, team collaboration, communication and coordination, and supporting others. Three are “task-oriented”, including norm orientation, user orientation and specialization orientation. The rest are “self-oriented”. These are working alone, insisting on self-opinion, selfishness, and no sense of responsibility. According to the result, this research concludes three propositions for the future quantitative study.
