本研究在探討「專業型」、「組織型」、「種定型」、「啟發型」等四種事業前程策略型態中,何者較受員工之偏好?並探討「成就動機」、及「組織承諾」這二個因素是否影響事業前程策略之選擇?這些影響在個人特徵上有無差異?以及這二個因素相互間之關係。本研究以高雄地區九種行業四十三家廠商為對象,抽樣發出600份問卷,從回收的342份有效問卷中,以分析層級程序法、變異數分析、與典型相關分析等方法予以分析,結果發現:員工對事業前程策略之偏好,以「專業型」最高,其次依序為「組織型」、「種定型」、及「啟發型」。成就動機各構面中,以權力需求對穩定型事業前程策略的負影響最大。組織承諾各構面中,主要係組織的認同對種定型事業前程策略的負相闕,以及組織的評價對穩定型事業前程策略的正相關。

英文摘要

There are four types of career strategies, namely: occupational strategy, organizational strategy, stable strategy and heuristic strategy. The purpose of this study is to survey which one of these four ca-reer strategies will be preferred by the senior labors in the manu-facture.Two variables: achievement motive, and organizational com-mitment, are used to investigate the correlation with the preference of the career strategies, to find out the different influence caused by demographic characteristics, and to identify the interrelations be-tween these variables. 600 questionnaires were randomly sent to nine industries of 43 firms in Kaohsiung areas, and the usable return rate is 57%. An Analytic Hierarchy Process, ANOV A, and canonical correlation analysis are used to analyze the collected data. The re-sults are as follows: The preference of the senior labors in the manufacture is for occupational strategy rather than organizational strategy, stable strategy and heuristic strategy. The canonical correla-tion between achievement motive and career strategies is mostly at-tributed to the negative relation between power needs and stable strategy. The canonical correlation between organizational commit-ment and career strategies is mostly attributed to two sources. One is the negative relation between organizational identification and sta-ble strategy. The other is the positive relation between evaluation to the organization and stable strategy.
