本文探討微粒充電器的設計公式、奈米微粒帶電效率、靜電損失計算以及相關量測方法,同時介紹雙極與單極微粒充電器的研究結果,特別對於奈米微粒的帶電效率,進行比較分析,顯示隨著微粒粒徑變小 (< 30 nm),微粒靜電損失升高,因而微粒充電效率快速下降。若研究人員瞭解目前的發展現況,將有助於未來改進奈米微粒帶電裝置。

英文摘要

This study discusses design equation of particle charger, calculation of nanoparticle charging efficiency and electrostatic loss, and relative measurement technology. Meanwhile, research results of both bipolar and unipolar particle charger have been reviewed. Especially, nanoparticle charging efficiency of different study was compared and analyzed. It was showing that particle electrostatic loss was increased as particle size decreased (< 30 nm) and, therefore, the nanoparticle charging efficiency was decreased rapidly. It should be helpful for researchers to understand current development before improving nanoparticle charging devices.
