　　　　　The 46-year-old male was a victim of transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder and adenocarcinoma of prostate. Radical cystectomy, prostatectomy and ureteroileal conduit were performed. A 99mTc-MDP whole body bone scan showed intense bowel radioactivity. The scintigraphic finding was secondary to the previous urinary diversion surgical procedure (ureteroileal conduit).
