We performed a gallium-67 scan on a 33-year-old man with chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) resulting from bone-marrow transplantation for chronic myeloid leukemia. A ipanda signi, increased bilateral symmetrical lacrimal and salivary glands tracer uptake, was observed. The gallium-67 scan may be a non-invasive diagnostic test for detecting the oral sicca syndrome and ocular sicca syndrome following chronic GVHD.
