核醫影像攝影的相片製作及報告書寫方式，對臨床醫師理解檢查結果及同儕間討論病案資料的準確性有密切關係。由於近年來正子造影中心的設立及檢查人數明顯增加後，影像的相片及報告書寫如能有共通的製作模式及規範，將有助於臨床醫師或同儕閱讀影像或報告時，容易獲得共通的認知。本文介紹中山醫學院附設醫院正子造影中心相片製作及報告書寫經驗提供參考及討論。像片製作取MIP、Coronal、Transaxial、Sagittal及放大三軸面之病灶片，作為標準像片，並加入用藥名稱及劑量，檢查步驟、成像方法、色階濃度等資料；報告書寫除一般影像報告內容外，並插入必要的病灶放大片，使檢查結果更具可讀及統一性。

　　　　　The preparation of the documentary hardcopies of PET images and the report writing of examinations demonstrate a positive effect on the clinician's comprehension level as well as affirming the validity of peer discussions. Recent increases of PET center installation followed by a tremendous increase the number of examination suggest an imminent need to develop a common format of hardcopy preparation and report writing. This paper introduced our experience in aspects of preparation of the documentary hardcopies of PET images and the report writing of examinations. Our hardcopy format includes maximum intensity projection, coronal view, transaxial view, sagittal view and enlarged views of lesion. (illustrations are provided). The type of radiopharmaceuties, the amount of dosage used, time of acquisition, method, and density bar are also included. The format of the PET report does not exhibit significant difference from the reports of other medical images. However, including the process of examination and the enlarged picture of lesion could make an enhancement. This addition would make the report more readable, coherent, and valid.
