引起全身骨骼疼痛的病因繁多，但由副甲狀腺腺瘤所致者，卻常被忽略。本文報告一位23歲女性病人因全身多處骨骼疼痛，經骨骼造影，呈現典型的代謝性骨異常(metabolic bone disease)，進而經201T1/99mTc subtraction 及99mTc-sestamibi 副甲狀腺造影定位一位於右上副甲狀腺腺瘤病例。安排副甲狀腺腺瘤切除手術後得以順摘除。

　　　　　The etiology of multiple bone pain is numerous, while the possibility of parathyroid adenoma is often overlooked. This article reports a 23-year-old female patient with multiple bone pain. Bone scan showed typical metabolic bone disease. The 201TI/99mTc subtraction and 99mTc sestamibi parathyroid imaging further localized a right upper parathyroid adenoma and led to a successful operative intervention.
