經掃描造影發現泌尿生殖系統漏尿的情形常可在外傷、腎臟手術以及腎臟移植後發現並經許多文獻報告過了。我們報告一個案例是經輸尿管鏡後經由鉛-99m-DTPA腎臟造影檢查發現漏尿情形，病案本身有右側輸尿管狹窄合併瓣膜形成並且有右側水腎。第一次檢查是在輸尿管鏡檢之前，而第二次檢查是在輸尿管鏡檢之後，發現它們二者最大的差異即在漏尿，因此我們證明了鎝-99m-DTPA腎臟造影檢查加上利尿劑，可以很快很簡單並且很容易地的查出是否有漏尿的情形

　　　　　Scintigraphic detection of urinary extravasation or urinoma formation following a trauma or surgery of renal transplantation has been well documented. We report a patient with a right ureteral stricture and valve with hydroonephrosis who underwent ureteroscopic examination after a baseline 99m Tc-DTPA renography. Ten days after the procedure the patient was referred for a second 99m Tc-DTPA renal study which showed radiotracer had gradually increased accumulationf rom the upper 1/3 of the right ureter indicating leakage of the urine. This case illustrates that 99m Tc-DTPA renoscintigraphy with lasix injection is an easy, rapid, and simple diagnositic modality for demonstrating active urinary extravasation.
