背景:放射性同位素造影已被認為是一種非常有用的評估胃腸活動功能的方法,使用此種方法可以用來評估疑似胃腸道活動功能異常的患者,亦可用來瞭解正常胃腸道的活動功能。1989年Camilleri醫師發展出一套使用放射性同位素評估大腸穿透的檢查,但是此方法所使用的標幟準備十分複雜。最近我們發展出一套新的準備標幟的方法,如此可使此檢查方法史方便於臨床使用,惟正常參考值之建立為一種臨床檢查所需。本研究的目的即在建立大腸穿透檢查之正常
參考值。
方法:本研究一共收集55例正常國人,並施予放射性同位素靜態造影,然後再計算其圖形中心值。
結果:這些正常國人於6小時及26小時之平均圖形中心值分別為0.85±0.44和2.51±1.18。
結論:由本研究所取得之正常國人大腸穿透檢查圖形中心值與Mayo Clinic所使用之參考值十分相近,我們目前所使用的放射性同位素大腸穿透檢查可以非常簡單的、生理性的、定量的評估大腸的蠕動功能。

英文摘要

Background: Scintigraphic techniques using gamma-emitting radionuclides provide useful tests for evaluating gastrointestinal motor function. These techniques can be used to evaluate patients with suspected abnormal motor function. In 1989, Camilleri et al. developed a radionuclide colon transit method. However, preparation of the marker is complicated. Recently, we have used a commercial enteric capsule to avoid the complicated coating procedure. Thus, the colon transit study can be performed very easily. For clinical practice, a normal reference range for the procedure is warranted. The purpose of the study was to set up a normal reference range for Chinese.
Methods: Fifty-five normal healthy volunteers were studied. Static images were acquired at regular times, then the geometric center values were calculated.
Results: The geometric center values for these normal healthy volunteers at 6 h and 26 h were 0.85 ± 0.44 and 2.51 ± 1.18, respectively.
Conclusions: The normal reference range for Chinese was similar to the data from Mayo Clinic. Our new method for radionuclide colon transit study is a simple, physiologic and quantitative method for evaluating colon transit.
